I
took my Ebike up logging road M41 today, and down the Empire trails.

sign of bike tracks. There were also birds and stuff: Water lily on mill pond
Idaho's state flower Syringa, blooming all over currently.

town of Spirit Lake still looks wooded, although it feels denuded by
recent building boom. The Canada smoke haze obscures the
mountains 10 miles behind the city to the east.

I was bicycling on, about 25 feet ahead of me. Although I'm fast
on getting the camera up, it ducked into the grass, so only the raised
tail is visible.
This is the view towards the southwest end of the lake.
